1. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact our Customer Care team within one hour of placing it by clicking [CANCEL MY ORDER]. Please note, cancellations cannot be processed once the order is shipped.

 2. Order Return

Unused wigs can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, following our guidelines. Non-US customers' shipping fees will be reimbursed based on receipts, but future returns will incur fees if your free returns are used up. US customers can purchase discounted shipping labels from us directly. This policy does not apply to returns due to merchant errors like shipping the wrong item. Each order qualifies for one free return within 30 days of receipt.

 2.1 Return Acceptable

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must be in its original state, with uncut hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace. Due to the personal nature of wigs and their direct contact with the scalp, we prioritize customer safety and hygiene, and thus, we cannot accept used wigs for return.
