Terms governing use of kelcesuniquehair.com and purchases from KELCES UNIQUEHAIR.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of kelcesuniquehair.com and any purchase from KELCES UNIQUEHAIR. By visiting the website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and may not use it to violate any applicable law, interfere with the website, transmit malicious code, or infringe another person’s rights.

3. Store information and availability

We work to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Hair color and appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of the product. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. KELCES UNIQUEHAIR may accept, decline, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, inaccurate information, or quantity limits. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount collected for the cancelled item or order will be returned to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and for keeping that information current while an order is being fulfilled. Guest checkout is available; creating an account is not required to purchase.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless the website expressly shows otherwise. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice before an order is placed. You agree to pay the price, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes shown at checkout.

Payment may be made using the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

6. Cancellations

An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only if it has not already been processed or shipped. To request cancellation, email kelcesuniquehair.com@kelcesuniquehair.com promptly with your order number. A request does not guarantee cancellation if processing or shipment has already begun. After 24 hours, or after processing or shipment begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Final sales and qualifying exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. KELCES UNIQUEHAIR does not issue refunds. A limited exchange may be available only when every requirement in our Returns & Exchanges Policy is met.

Hair that has been opened, worn, washed, conditioned, cut, colored, installed, or altered in any way is not eligible. Custom wigs, custom-colored bundles, and bleached-knot units are final sale and cannot be exchanged. The customer is responsible for return shipping on an approved exchange. The complete eligibility rules, time limits, defect-review process, and exclusions are stated in the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

8. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days, while custom-colored items and custom wigs are processed within 5–10 business days. Estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days within the United States and 7–14 business days internationally after processing.

United States orders ship by USPS for $12, and international orders ship by DHL for $22. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping, subject to the Shipping Policy. Tracking is sent by email and SMS when the order ships.

9. Carrier delays and delivery status

Delivery times are estimates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KELCES UNIQUEHAIR is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.

If a package is more than seven days late past the carrier’s estimated delivery date, the customer must file a claim with the carrier. KELCES UNIQUEHAIR is not responsible for a package after the carrier marks it as delivered.

10. Intellectual property

The website and its original content—including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and layout—are owned by or licensed to KELCES UNIQUEHAIR and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or exploit our content without prior written permission.

11. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social platforms, and Shopify. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. KELCES UNIQUEHAIR does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

12. Reviews, comments, and submissions

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, or other content to KELCES UNIQUEHAIR, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant KELCES UNIQUEHAIR a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, and display that submission in connection with our business and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee that website access will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KELCES UNIQUEHAIR and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This section does not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold KELCES UNIQUEHAIR harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

16. Disputes and contacting us first

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure by KELCES UNIQUEHAIR to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

20. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, Privacy Policy, and any terms displayed at checkout, form the agreement between you and KELCES UNIQUEHAIR concerning your use of the website and purchases from the store.
